Anna and the crew, especially Miguel who came out, were excellent to work with. Having an urgent matter with home repairs is never easy, but they scheduled me in right away. Anna let me know with a phone call that he was on his way, actually offering me an earlier time, if preferable, Miguel assessed the situation right away and got to it. He was easy going, professional, respectful and very pleasing to work with. He answered all my questions patiently and made some suggestions on other matters of my concern. I would not hesitate to call Duncan and their crew again!

Nui did a great job in his latest visit, removing and replacing a decades-old kitchen faucet when it was leaking; we're always satisfied with his work! We trust Duncan Plumbing; their technicians are capable, efficient, friendly, honest, and respectful of our home. Duncan offers quality products, excellent communication and follow-up, and an affordable Home Care plan which includes an annual inspection and discounts on service and repairs.

I contacted Duncan for a sewer lateral inspection on a very tight timeline, and they were able to squeeze in the request at the earliest possible interval. They were also extremely responsive, and got the paperwork out to me, stamped and completed by the county as well, within 48 hours of the inspection. Considering how quickly we needed to move and how late in the process I called Duncan, I was very impressed by their commitment to rapid response and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Both technicians were great, but Nui in particular went above and beyond: very good at explaining the process of diagnosing and fixing my sewer drain. He also told me exactly what would happen after the visit in terms of communicating with our park manager and how the billing process would proceed after their work. I highly recommend these guys!

With normal use , drain lines hold clean themselves with regular use. Avoid at all costs any sort of wet wipe going down your drain. My mentor used to tell customers if you haven't eaten it and its not toilet paper, don't put it down the drain. This is probably a good rule of thumb to stick to.
If you mean an instant water heater that produces extremely hot water for tea or coffee, the answer is no.
Depending on your hot water needs, your home may be a good candidate for a tank less water heater. I always recommend a consultation at your home or business to discuss your needs and examine how difficult or easy a tank less installation would be for you.
It depends. If the tank itself is leaking, no. But often it is hard to determine what is exactly leaking. A qualified plumbing can determine if the tank or a repairable fitting is leaking and advise you further.
If you get a building permit or are selling your home, they are required. It is also a wise idea if you experience a blockage as blockages can also be indicative of a damage sewer pipe.
ABS, PVC , and SDR piping are typical materials required for sewer pipes. Qualified plumbers or Local building inspectors can give you accurate information.
Maybe, if you are qualified and your work does not encroach in the public right of way.
Typically, tankless water heaters or radiant heating systems make homes more desirable than homes without those features.
Depends on if you are talking about water sewer or gas pipes. If you need this information, consult your local plumber.
Usually, yes. You would need an 1.5" drain to connect 2 sinks together.
Usually, yes. It will not affect your rates to call your insurance and inquire whether or not ist is worth making a claim.
Yes, qualified plumbers are best suited to size and install sump pumps and related systems.
Yes, Plumbers are the only type of contractor that is licensed to install gas lines in your home or business.
I would never use that stuff, have the drain rooted out.
