Yes, we didn't & showed up at 10:45 & they didn't have an opening until 8pm
They sell tickets at the venue, but i suggest buying tickets from their website. Because sometimes they are fully booked on tours and stop selling tickets at the ticket booth.
I see you've already received an answer about reservations....yes, make them online....the ride in to there is pretty rough, so you probably only want to do it the one time you actually have your reservations
