The entrance and store are fine but not at the cabin.
I did see a lot of people with dogs down at the entrance and the shop but none that went all the way up to the cabin. I would say yes they are animal friendly.

Honestly don't know but it's outdoors and several trails so I would think as long as you clean up after the pet should be fine
