I am so glad I throughly researches this place before signing a lease. This place is absolutely horrible. I toured it and decided to sign somewhere else.
The management! Research Romel and the cited reviews on Google for this property. These people are incompetent and will take you for every penny you have.
Even with horrible management, and noise/sewer problems, they are still in business because they lie in the leasing process.
