I also went with Diana Otero to ask for a report about my status in this country. I paid $ 140 to pray for the rebound. The report supposedly was going to arrive at her office in San Mateo. Then I went to ask and I could never communicate with Diana.Today I found the copua of the form and called again without success ... I've never been able to communicate with her again ...

My knowledge of the Immigration process with Catholic Charities is that some guidance is given before beginning the process and there is an opportunity for them to ask questions or address their individual concerns. If you question the experience of those who provide the services, and you are concerned about the representation they give, then turn to a private attorney.
Thank you for your message. Catholic Charities currently will not accept new customers until October. Then, visit our San Mateo immigration website to find out other agency contacts: https://www.catholiccharitiessf.org/what-we-do/immigration/servicios-de-inmigracion-san-mateo.html Blessings to you.
