UPDATE: I was recently told that they are planning to re-open their doors this August. wooohooo I’m surprised there isn’t any communication available to all of us that are awaiting the reopening. I can’t find a specific Facebook page that could keep us updated and at least, the local store phone number should have a recorded message to keep us all updated.
Construction is not easy or fast. They had to get consultants and engineers and drawings completed then submitted for approval for permits then you go out for bid to contractors then you can start work. It only happened in October, jeesh.

It would make a difference if Marin County would focus on quicker and more professional contracting , and take more urgency on taking care of Commercial buildings. I know it’s a droplist of permits but the process doesn’t not take 6 months.
It’s always all about the money. Of course they realize they’re losing a crapload of consumer generated revenue. If that— or if the consumers were the priority, one would imagine someone would have given thought to some sort of update offered to the public. Customer service has become the epitome of an oxymoron. It’s all gone to heck.
