I had scheduled a routine maintenance for my furnace, but I got so much more! Chris promptly came to my house and completed the routine maintenance and then introduced me to the “Air Scrubber” which augments your HAVC system or furnace. It literally gets rid of air pollution in your home (smoke, dust, bacteria, germs, such as Covid) and it keeps the air in your home safe and oder free. Plus, Chris answered all my questions and helped me solve some air flow issues. Best of all, he was polite, interesting and delightful to talk with. It’s a great company, does superior work and I will certainly call them again in the future!

I highly recommend this company. It's so refreshing to experience great customer service again. So many companies are failing in this. John Owens was 1 of about 4 companies I called late on a Friday afternoon when our local temps hit over 100 the first time this season and our A/C stopped working. They had the earliest availability but also good reviews already which I use as a guideline. Mercedes answered the phone even though I called 5 minutes before closing and was very patient and helpful with my questions. Cody showed up on-time on Monday and was also good at explaining what he was doing and what was wrong (the capacitor quit). He's knowledgeable and genuine.. the real deal. No hard sell to replace our 10 yr old unit which another company had pushed during a maintenance check the year before. Good value--I looked up capacitor replacement prior to his arrival as I thought that could be the issue and they were in range for the replacement cost. I'm so glad I have this company to call on for any future issues, knowing I'll receive honest and quality work.

Chris was a knowledgeable, well mannered technician who quickly diagnosed the AC system from end to end. He explained possible problem areas and him approach to repairing each component needing service. He took photos to document the work he did and reviewed his entire repair process in detail when he was done. Excellent service!!!

Had a mini split tune up today. Chris Ostrom was pleasant, knowledgeable and did a thorough job cleaning the A/C units and condensers. I like the detailed invoice describing all the parts that were checked and cleaned. Very reasonable too.
