This is one of the horrible store and they suck the money. No one responds to call. I had bought Recliner sofa and dinning table it has been damaged within a year and had bought protection plan which is waste of money. GBS does not respond even.

Dont ever buy from ashleys furniture. Once they get your money they could care less about their customers. I just returned 15k worth of furniture because of constant delays and broken furniture. You cant even get ahold of anyone at the store but they are all open just head there and talk to someone in person.

Thank you, I purchased a queen sofa bed from this store, I paid for protection plan. I moved and the movers damaged my sofa bed, I have been trying to get a hold of someone to find out if and what my protection plan covers and never can get anyone to respond. This coming January my sofa bed will be 1 year old and I can't get anyone to respond, I am very very upset.
