The rear hydraulic disc brake on my aventon bike didn’t work at all straight out of the box, so I took my bike here to get the brakes fixed. They gave me an estimate of 10 days to fix the bike, ended up taking them a month. When I got my bike back, they only half fixed my rear brakes, and somehow managed to mess up my front brakes which were working perfectly. After a month or two, both set of brakes stopped working and I called the shop about this, and they said they’d be happy to fix it for free. After they already had my bike for 9 days I called asking about it, and they basically said “oh we decided right when we saw it we can’t fix the brakes, and we also decided not to call and let you know about this.”

Went there to fix my bike, made me wait 4 days, and when I got my bike back the problem was still not fixed. I still had to pay even though they did not fix anything. Went to another bike shop and found out that the issue was in the hub not the wheel. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.
