Recently ordered a custom fireplace. On the first day of delivery we realized the custom sink did not fit and the hole was 1/4” too wide for the sink. The sink did not fit without seeing extras space in the corners. We were told the installers could install the sink and use grout to fill in the extra space. After the sink was installed, we realized the face of the sink had been scratched after it was placed on top of the counter upside down and moved around while putting on the brackets. The sink was left with multiple scratches, which we were told we could buff out. I dont feel I should have to buff out a sink that was clean and new moments prior. Instead, we requested a new sink. An installer arrived for the second time. During the removal of the sink, the installer crawled under the sink and cracked the bottom flooring of our bbq, leaving a sq foot hole. After he finished, we noticed he over extended the custom cabinet, causing obvious indents and crimping on the face of both doors. One door also bent as he used it to stand up while it was open. This made it no longer close properly because it could not reach the magnet. We had to set up a third date for these new issues. Each day, we had to delay our plans to make sure the installers could gain access to the yard. Something that should have taken a few hours one day, took two additional days. If you dont really need your cuts and installs to be done correctly, then this is a good business. If you really want clean and custom work, you should use a different place.

We love our new fireplace. Andy went the extra mile for us from start to finish. Of course we thought we wanted the bigger model but after talking to Andy about our home space he helped us realize the smaller version of the Marquis would generate plenty of heat. He was 100% on the mark steering us in the right direction. If we went with the bigger version we would barely be able to use the fireplace. Custom Fireplace's Installers Forest and Mike were courteous and professional and went out of there way to help installing a mantle along with everything they needed to do with the initial installation work. The fireplace is the place to be in our house during this cold, wet winter. It made our whole living room and it ads a "comfy" level our house never had.
