Currently, experiencing issues with this service. I was quoted one price. Movers came to pack and move. The list the movers had was incorrect and not what I told I needed moved and packed. I was told it would be more, but would get a new estimate. The new estimate didn't come until all items were packed and loaded. The new estimate was almost 3 times the amount. I was told I would be called with a pickup date and I wasn't, I had to call. I was not provided a delivery date either. I called to find out a delivery date and I was told they didn't know and someone would call and schedule. I told the person the balance was a lot higher than expected. I was told they didn't have the paperwork, but would have it the following day and I would get a callback. Instead I got a call that day to schedule delivery and the total balance was due upon delivery. Which was still a lot higher than I was originally told. 3 ays later still don't have my items. The delivery company calls again to schedule delivery, but no adjustment on the price. Called customer service and they still don't have the paperwork. Told me no adjustment can be made until I pay the final balance. Why would I pay a balance I don't agree with only for them to come back and say they won't adjust anything? Move went from $2,500 to almost $6,000!!! I still don't have my items. I read other reviews about this happening. It is costing more to move my items back than it originally cost to move the last time and I have less stuff. SCAM!!

This was an all-around terrible experience. I have completed moves before on my own that were better experiences. I hired a company to do this move because I did not have the time to do my move this time and wanted to make sure my things got to me in one piece. After I signed a contract with them, I heard nothing from them until a week before. I tried responding to them, and got no reply. The subcontracted my move to a moving company that has terrible reviews for their service, and I received the same treatment. All of my items were delayed, most of my furniture was damaged upon arrival. I contacted them afterwards to try and reconcile the situation and they claimed no responsibility for their subcontractor, and then stopped responding to follow up messages. In the future, I will just move myself. Will save time and money, and my things will actually be cared for.

This is a really bad company to work with. Their service is horrible, they constantly lie to their customers. Do NOT use this company for relocation!

How come none of them help anyone?
No, I have been hung up on multiple times and that’s when I start to yell. It’s well deserved with the lies and everything else. You guys have told me so many different things, and now I will make sure that the public knows not to use you. And yes I am upset about my stuff- but I have stated constantly that I am upset with my SERVICE with TRINITY. From start to finish. Also $500 is not worth what I have dealt with from you guys. By the way- I have been perfectly nice to plenty of your workers, who have said they would help but provide NO HELP AT ALL. Don’t trust them, david. **an example of a lie- straight from Caleb, where he stated that Lisa wasn’t a manager and then immediately went back on that stating she was the night manager. 🤷♀️ Your employees can’t even keep stories straight. I’ll see you on BBB and everywhere else. Anyone hmu with a name if they have used a good lawyer against trinity before.
