Hello Nicole, We are not quite understanding your claim that all of our positive reviews are fake. We schedule between 14,000-15,000 jobs a year; we do not have control over who posts a positive or a negative review on any platform. Your second comment states that all of your stuff was ruined, and that our company has been lying or hanging up on you. That is simply untrue. You are clearly upset due to some damaged items during your delivery, and rightfully so. However, when our agents are being cursed and screamed at over the phone when they are trying to resolve the issue, that leaves us with little ability to actually help. We have already provide you the claims information for the actual carrier who moved you. If you have misplaced this information, we will gladly provide it again.
