They walked inside of a repair body shop and ticketed my apart car for not having a plate when the rear bumper was off and it was hoisted on a lift. Guess they really needed money.

Unbelievable how rude, arrogant and condescending these people are. So sad people like this work in our government. Our tax dollars pay for these people to mistreat us and make our lives more difficult. I've had a couple run ins with them, one regarding my vehicle being towed as I was in the hospital for a week on the brink of death. I had to go to four different locations to get my vehicle out of impound, they didn't care one bit, and were in fact very proud, rude and indifferent about my experience. The ladies are the front are extremely rude and condescending. Luckily in the many years I've lived in Bellflower, haven't had many parking tickets, but they set up ticket traps all over, by putting permit only signs on many side streets, causing traffic and accidents to happen in many places. Very sickening group of fascist communists. They lack any empathy, they don't appear to have any sympathy for anyone or human emotion regarding people's situation, they're happy to make us as residents lives more difficult.
