If you want your new car to get scratched, come here. Pathetic place with a pathetic attitude. I got my brand new car for a wash here and saw three big scratches when the wash was done. When I compalined to the person in the office, he asked me to come tomorrow. When I was adamant about talking to the owner, he said that he didn’t have his number. On complaining further the guy in the office called the owner Mr. Singh who was impolite and didn’t care about my complaints (bringing a bad name to Indian community here in the US). Worst place ever… say goodbye to your beautiful car once you come here…

I would take my car here for awhile but eventually stopped coming. Essentially every time I’ve came here, they missed something. They’re supposed to wiped down everything inside the car but they always miss the cup holders and a couple other places. There was a few times where they missed something and I didn’t noticed till I came home. Other times I had to get someone and show them the places they missed. One time they didn’t wipe down a section of my trunk like they’re supposed to, so I had to asked to them do it. Another time, they didn’t vacuum my trunk at all. With the prices they charge, they need to make sure they do everything like they advertise. I eventually stopped going and purchased my own car cleaning supplies. Yes it may take me longer than the workers here to clean my car but at least i know I’ll make sure I cleaned everything.

I always bring some water or soda to the guys and gals working there. They have a ice chest up by the vacuum area to put it in. They work their butts off and do a beautiful job. I Always leave a 5.00 tip. They see me coming and know me. I respect them, they do a great job. It's so easy to be nice.

I’m getting my car wash here since 2017 this is the best car wash in the Bay Area , even when I moved to north bay I used to come here for car wash. I’ll give 5/5.. make sure you tip them every time. They are hard working guys.
