Yes there is a second floor, we ate upstairs and yes, an elevator all the way in the back by the stairs.
Yes there is an elevator. It is toward the back right before you reach the stairs. I took it when I was here out of curiosity, although it does say it is for handicap only.
They serve upstairs with a bar. We went on Christmas eve, and there was a musician playing! When we got there (with no reservations) we saw it packed then we were instructed to go to to the back to get seated for upstairs. We took the stairs but did not see an elevator.
Upstairs dining is available. Restrooms are upstairs also. Ask for the elevator staff will show you. Great place.
