We were just up there and there is swimming though the kids complained about leeches. Kayaks are not available for rent through the state park due to covid but they have a local who is willing to rent kayaks to campers. Just ask the park ranger
Yes but the water is not deep, which makes it good for small children, but a seat in the water for adults
Swim, fish kayak and there is another lake downstream that is awesome too. If you have children check the Presque Isle park, they have a water park that is super cool for kids.
