Is good somewhat to deal with but in order for them to rent a unit to you you either have to be homeless or have a month to month lease, which makes it hard to actually rent an apartment from them.

I believe the waiting list is fairly short, but it depends on the number of bedrooms you're looking for. Your best bet is to stop by the office and when you fill out the pre-application, I think they'd tell you then what might be available. They have a shorter waiting list in the apartments with fewer bedrooms, I believe. Best of luck to you!
Yes they are but it is a $150 security deposit per animal.
