Totally unprofessional broker.,1st reciever took forever to unload so-driver got late for 2nd drop & we were with the broker all the time ,telling her what’s going on here, the broker name Amber Lambert ,she simply said you are set for tomorrow 7am.They don’t care ,you keeping reefer running continues for extra day,When we asked her to send us the revised RC with $250 layover+detention on it,she said I’ll send that tomorrow,it’s been 3 months ,never received any kind of detention & layover.Hoping & wishing that the whole Falcon Transport company to have a big instant Karma .

Worked with Rob, manipulative and unprofessional broker! After the load delivered, he did not want to give a detention for 2 hours only because it was $40 not more? Can you imagine? If $40 is not money and embarrassed to ask, does not mean it's not money for drivers!

I've worked for 5 other companies and this one has been the most direct. And has the most respect for the driver. Trucking has trucking issues. Canceled loads and appointment times and such are not the fault of the company. Seems me and Falcon work well together and do the best we can. Update I left cause they wouldn't listen to my concerns. Then I worked as a owner opp leased on. Because I didn't want to deal with the new trucks and their ignoring any of my personal concerns. They from there on out had attitude and resentment. Resulting in unprofessional behavior and put at the bottom of the barrel status..

Did a load with Dylan. 1st receiver took a long time to unload, which result in being late for the 2nd one and eventually the 2nd delivery was rescheduled with 1 day. Company revenue losses + expenses totaled $1550 for that day. However, we only requested $500, because we wanted to be fair and accepted losses of $1000. Well, Dylan said no. He wanted to pay only $400, which obviously is not enough. But he did not care. Carriers, be aware when working with Dylan. He showed no respect towards us. Highly disappointed in the services he provided.
