Service usually is speedy but customer service is not the greatest nor served with a smile on their face or in their voice! I placed a package to be held for pickup and it ended up on the truck for delivery.

The worst service ever. I ordered one day shipping for a vinyl record on amazon and it took over a week to arrive and when it arrive the packaging was severely damaged and partly open. The record was undamaged. Another order from amazon that was shipped by fedex was a video game with standard shipping. I received it on the correct date, but the packaging was once again damaged.

Questions & Answers

I have DIRECTV equipment to return, they told me to bring it to a FedEx Store and they would package it and ship it, no cost to me. Does the FedEx Ship Center in Presque Isle, Maine provide this service?

I believe the one near the airport does. I have only shipped international there. I know they don't take cash or checks. Good luck!!

Does FedEx contact you through a text message if they need an updated address? I have received a few messages through my gmail about them not being able to delivered a pkg because of a lack of current address. Can you answer this for me? Thank you
