High risk pregnancy and haven’t had an ultrasound in almost 12 weeks.

The lobby was used as an examination room, It smelled like wet paint? The nurses kept syringe tucked behind her ear, prior to administering the contents. I was confused when I didn't get a room, and left. I was lost for two days, and hardly remember how I got home. Wrong medications listed in patients portal, I even decided to agree one medication was correct, even though I've never taken it. Possible two patients with my name? Fix hopefully.

On Wednesday, 3/23, my husband tested positive for Covid. He is a high risk due to having MS. When he runs a temp he often times can not walk! Our PC, Meghan Dinnen, recently resigned but you would think her replacement would cover her patients. I called the Caribou Horizons at 1:00 Friday. Amy, returned my call within 30 minutes. I never heard a word again! I called the Caribou Walkin Clinic Saturday when they opened and I was told to do a Self Referral online because it would be faster then waiting for Horizons to open on Monday. I did a referral for him and finally heard back Monday from them. Jenny was awesome! Keep in mind by this time I tested positive and I again called the Caribou Horizons only to get NO response again!! Jenny was the only person who was working to get us a medication to help with COVID symptoms! Totally disappointed and discouraged on this care.

Treatment was good when I was able to receive it, but I have now had two specialty appointments cancelled on me last minute because the provider was not available during those days (so why was I scheduled for those days?) and each time my appointment was pushed back a full month. At this point I'm looking for alternatives.
