Most or all the apps I had when I bought the car have disappeared. What has happened?

The techs at Mastria are awesome, they helped me reset the maps and phone app and went over their use and function. This was especially great as I am not technically savy, i just stopped by , had no appointment and they came out and helped me, I was amazed at how accommodating they were.

It might need an update to the computer system to the car I had to have one done for my radio
