I got discharged for “missed appointments” despite of me communicating with front desk that I was experiencing family emergency at home which took a toll on my mental health. If you ever decide to get treated at this location, you should request to see only Erin Sousa, she is caring, concerned to your needs, and very attentive to you and your injuries. You can tell right away that she truly loves her job and is not there to just kill time and make money. I did not receive the same care from other practitioners there. Sometimes I would sit on a table for 10-15min before I’m seen. Some days I wouldn’t even be asked how I’m feeling, how’s my pain level or even if I’m experiencing any new symptoms. Reason why? They was too busy texting on personal phones and chatting about vacations and life stories that had nothing to do with my care. In my opinion, Erin Sousa is the only professional who works there. Do yourself a favor and request Erin Sousa as your PT.

I was required to undergo physical therapy as a result of an accident and attended twice weekly for about 2 months. I was assessed by PT Erin and then worked with PTA Brittney for the duration of my treatment. She had excellent bedside manner, was very attentive to me as a patient, and thoroughly explained and demonstrated the exercises. She was always focused on my comfort whenever performing manual therapy and was quick to help modify any exercises to ease unnecessary strain while promoting strength. I would highly recommend their physical therapy services at this location for anyone who requires PT. My only recommendation would be for management to invest more in upgrading the facility, if it hasn't already, as it is a bit dated and not a reflection of the quality of service provided by its staff. I don't typically like to write reviews, but I feel Brittney and Elizabeth deserve to share my store! On August of last year, I was diagnosed with a complete tear of my ACL. Not only was I confused, nervous, in pain, and concerned about the future of my leg, but uncertain about whether I should go forward with surgery or not. My doctor and I agreed to take some therapy and decide after 6 or 8 weeks of therapy. I asked at work and friends for a good place, and quickly everyone referred me to Bay State in Raynham; I walked in there nervous and not knowing what to expect. Liz and Brittney made me feel comfortable and walked me through the recovery process. I first had my doubts about the type of workout I was doing. But I trusted the expertise; they worked with me throughout the process. They would ask me how I felt since they last saw me every time! Based on my concerns and struggles, they quickly improved my concerns. It’s not about miracles happening, but the work Brittney and Liz put into each section. They make you feel at home like you’re part of a big family. I can tell you that within a few weeks, I was walking, and after a few months, I’m back on my Peloton Tread. I can go on, for hours, telling you how I love these two. Thank you both for being there for me along the way. I knew this was going to be a long process. But for me, surgery is more and more out of option. That’s a credit to your dedication, love for what you do, and your patients. You both rock! You’re my go-to place! Give them a try, only if you want to get better!

I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy, very clean and professional. The staff is fantastic, They always make me feel at home, and Torrey always tries her best to make everything work out as you need. Erin was fantastic; she knew precisely how to make my neck and back feel better. She took care of me from the first day till the last day. Erin is the most caring physical therapist I have ever had. She helps me every time with my pain. What can I say? The entire staff at Bay State are the very best.
