Came into the store today to get my ring inspected and cleaned. Was told the center diamond was loose (ring is only 2 months old) I was also told jeweler won’t be in until Monday. Of course this was concerning so I called the Falmouth Hannoush (where my fiancé originally bought the ring) drove all the way down there on a Friday to be told that the ring is absolutely fine and not loose. Very weird experience and I feel like the Raynham location is not trust worthy now. EDIT Bashing me as a customer is completely unprofessional, rude, and “absurd”. To clarify, I drove down to the Falmouth location because a jeweler was present to fix my ring that day since my engagement party was the very next day. There was no jeweler present at the Raynham location that day. It’s incredibly frustrating to be told the center stone was loose, causing me to panic and then be told by another location that has the jeweler present that my ring was fine. I don’t care if the service is free or not. You couldn’t pay me to step foot in your location again. I’m willing to pay somewhere else because your customer service is terrible.

I have taken two rings to Hannoush on two different occasions - both to have them resized. When I received the rings back, the seams in the ring bangs are invisible, you can't tell that the larger sizes are not the way they were bought. The work is quality, they do it in-house (no risk of losing your jewelry when they ship it out for repairs), and their customer service is very friendly. They often have repairs done within days, unlike some of the larger box stores. I highly recommend them.
