I was looking for perennials but none of them looked good. They were all very dry. Prices of their flowers are too expensive. Didn't buy anything. Bj's had the best deals on flowers.

everyone is always super helpful here. My son is autistic, and really gets kick out of the ceiling fans and bathroom fans. No one has ever made us feel badly about him dancing around and having the time of his life! Great store

I went there to get shelving and storage containers. They had some totes on sale for $10. I could only find two of them so at the register I asked the cashier if she could scan it to see if they had more. They had 41 more, somewhere. The older guy that was helping me was lost and every time he asked for help they kept brushing him off. So after 45 minutes they took down a pallet that wasn't even the right ones. They just said sorry we don't have it. They were nice but it was poorly run.

So mixed reviews here. The store manager is great but the customer service desk needs better service providers. They all have attitudes and are difficult. I don't like having to ask for help or retrieve things with people's help in this store. They've let me know the wrong things got me the wrong filters in most cases have left me hanging with communication during repairs on my products that I have warranties I paid for I spent thousands of dollars in this store including on entire home repairs and you would think that they would treat you with excellent service and the only one who cares about you is the store manager no one else.
