I've bought parts from them for a few appliances now, and every time, they are quick to respond, very helpful, and always ensure I have the correct part. I'm fortunate to live near by and have been able to pick up the part same day most times. Prices are always the lowest too. APC is a great store with a great staff.

This place is AWESOME! After waiting over a month for a washing machine part, I decided to call local stores. After calling 13 different appliance parts shops, this place had my part. Not only did they put it aside for me, they triple checked to make sure I had the right one. Philip was beyond polite and helpful when I picked it up and I will recommend this store to everyone (as well as continue to order from them before even looking online.) THANK YOU

Owners went above and beyond to ensure the integrity of their business. Visiting repairman, at their business, became agitated with us because we were trying to effect our own repair, on a dryer unit. And, he spoke quite abruptly at us about it. Owners called us to please return to store and apologised for repairman's attitude. It needs to be said that the repairman doesn't work for them but owns his own repair shop. My son and I appreciate their concern for good custormer relations and their willingness to take the time to correct our point of view of their business ethics. These are good people. Not every one would have bothered. Thank you both, again.

I was so pleased with the customer service this company has. When I called, an actual live person answered the phone AND was able to help me! No, press 1 for, 2 for...a Real person. She helped me, ordered my part, I got a call when it was ready. Then when. I went into the shop, the person at the desk helped me right away and out the door. I highly recommend this group for any of your parts needs.
