I placed an online order and came inside to pickup, the lady who assisted me was super annoyed and rude. She acted like I was making a huge request for her to turn around and find my books. I told her my name, and I saw my books on the shelf behind her because they were labeled. She turns back around, huffs, and goes "There another name it could be under? Not seeing anything under that name," I say, "Well my last name is Lancaster." She turns around and grabs them and rips the paper off so I wouldn't see that it also had my first name on it. I stay pleasant, maybe she just didn't see them the first time. I say, "Thank you, have a good one!" She responded, "yep." This is similar to the service I have received before, but this experience stuck out to me. It should not be acceptable for employees to act so annoyed at customers, when they are simply picking up an online order.

Always a good location. The layout is easy to navigate. The employees are kind and helpful. The magazine selection is impressive, my wife found one on dollhouses, which we have never seen before.

It's sad that book stores are a dying breed. This B&N is one of the survivors and has a great selection of books, magazines and novelties. Some of the staff are really great and a couple of others are rather snobby. You'll see once inside.
