I can't give you a bad enough of a review! I'm still angry 😠 at how lousy this place is! The food was garbage! It's probably good enough for your dog if you want to waste that much money! When asked about our order, the manager reacted as if we were irritating him,Wow! If I it were possible, I would give a -5stars!!!

It has been years since last visit to Steak 'n Shake. From what i recall, the menu was more versatile than it is now, yes i was still able to find something there. This time I took my very picky with food daughter there and she was extremely against anything stake, she got a beef hot dog and I got a melt....needless to say, she devoured her meal and ate half of my melt. I was glad she approved it and luckily i also had a cup of chili. Gladly this may be a place where she will try other items off the menu and perhaps will be more open to variety of foods on the go. It is now a self order and prepay which is great but i really miss having a hard copy of the menu and rather than stand by the counter my preference would be sitting at my table and make the choice.

Did not get complete order! Missing #2 combo meal except the drink. Asked for extra Frisco sauce and that was not added as well! No one can afford to eat out especially when paying for something they don’t get!!!! Call the number and it fails each call.

My kids and husband love the burgers and chicken strips here. Their also pretty fond of the cheese fries and shakes. I almost always get the kids grilled cheese meal. The sandwich is the same size as buying the sandwich alone and you get a little soda and kids fry. They take a little longer the “fast food” but it’s usually worth the wait.
