Made an online order. I went to pickup my order. I pulled up to the speaker to let them know I was here. I waited and waited. Then all of a sudden a worker came out of back door and hollered the store was closed on . I asked him how to get my money back. He said he didn't care

Literally the worst Taco Bell EVER! The staff is rude and unorganized. The store smells like weed. They pay more attention to their conversation than the customers. The girl that took my order was rude messed up my whole order. They close before closing time all the time. Needs whole new staff.

Wanted to stop in for a quick bite before Church. I waited at the counter for 10 min while the MGR was telling a co worker that she shouldn't be at work now. When they finally waited on me, the worker said mmm you have to use mmm the kiosk. I'm a 61 year-old man that is not tech friendly but hey I tried. After 5 min of not being able to operate the kiosk the little girl looked at me then walked to the back. There wasn't another customer in the store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND BE TREATED SO POORLY AGAIN. Both workers including the MGR Need to be trained in helping customers.

First off I got to pull immediately to the speaker. Ordered my food, didnt tell me too wait, AND they got it correct! Pulled directly to the window and received my food as soon as I was done paying. AND most the time when you order food with no lettuce that means you end up with empty food. Nope not this time. As you can see from the picture its full to the top! And everyone was nice and pleasant! A rare thing for alot of these things mentioned now a days!
