I don't mind the wait, I get it no one wants to work but the customer service by far the worse I've ever experienced . This has been going on for months, order takes a while it feels like I bourden them with my order.. the nastiest attitudes no smiles just sit on their phones waiting..

My family and I went through the drive through this evening. It took about 30 minutes to get our food, with only 3 cars ahead of us. We ended up not getting a fry, so I went inside to get it because of the line. The lady that was working the drive thru, and another lady working were extremely rude and disrespectful. They wouldn’t give me but one ranch for the 2 orders of boneless wings and no BBQ for the chicken bites box, one of them said you have to pay for all of the sauces. I understand paying for extras, but I’ve never been told this before, one sauce should come with each order. The one working the drive thru was cursing, very disrespectful staff there. I’ve never heard anything good about this Rally’s. If they hate their job that much, they should get something they enjoy. We will never go back to that location. (Valley Station) for a 30 minute wait, nothing should be wrong with your order. Clearly they are not in a hurry.

Got order wrong twice. Staff didn't know how to refund items. Lied about when the manager would be there. Finally talked to manager two days later and he was not much more help than his staff was. Besides being on his cell phone while working the drive through window (which was the only thing open, dining room was closed) he was unable to do refund although we had receipts in hand. Just gave my elderly grandmother a burger that she was over charged for and acted like it was a hassle to help her. Very Poor customer service...could of at least offered her something to drink or at least some french fries for her troubles. Will not be visiting this location again. Especially after seeing they had a GRADE B on there health inspection. But will for sure go to the location on Cane Run...service was excellent there, fast, friendly, and staff focused on what they were doing and serving the customers. Excellent customer service.

Im a grub hub driver. I even showed up late due to a detour and a rd being closed. There were a total of 5 cars in line. It took me 47 minutes to receive an order. Lack of staff.
They helped me without issues and if my order was messed up they fixed it with no problem and as far as dirty they have an A rating
