Fries weren't cooked. They were soggy and oily. My burger is in sweet bread which my family doesn't care for. Asked for extra mushrooms in a burger and it was all swiss cheese no mushrooms

Coupon machine was broken? I dont understand that. But the young man working the drive told me about the specials they had and was so well mannered fast and friendly that we still got our food there even though I chose rally based on the 3 sets of coupons they had spammed my mail box with.. good job

Smh!! Get it together Rallys!! I don't see how the crew member Jakob put the lid on this without noticing the ranch cup inside or was this done intentionally!?!?

They didn't have french fries or the new french fries seasoned chicken tenders which is the only reason I went there. After getting an abysmal substitution they then proceeded to mess up my drink order. Went back the next day and was wholly disappointed by the dinky size of the tenders and the amount. It was like being robbed! Got charged almost $10 for the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen only 3 of them and the fries were soggy and room temperature. The drink wasn't any better. So not worth the two visits
