Only giving 1 star because I had to, if I could i would leave 0. Today there was a very rude lady. I went in with a question on my Irving reward card, she told me I could use my points as a payment, so I asked for $20 on my pump, she proceeded to swipe my card and said “okay”. I said thank you and she said very rudely “ you have to pay” and then I realized there obviously was confusion with what I asked in the beginning. So I asked again because she told me I could use my reward points as gas. She yells to another worker across the store while there is a line of people and he asked me “ how do you think you have enough points to do that” and stared at me until I said I don’t know, this is why I was there to find out all I was trying to was figure out how the Irving reward card worked so obviously they didn’t know either. I said can I just cancel that and only put $10 on my pump please. The lady rolls her eyes and said “of corse now I have to void this. She was very rude to me and made me feel dumb when I was there to find out out my rewards worked. The guy had to take over and was a little better with handling things. Although I have been here many times this lady always seems to be so rude. Have never had a problem with anyone else

Pick up an Irving Rewards card at a participating Irving Oil location and register online or sign up online and we’ll send you a card.
Rewards can be redeemed at the pump by swiping your card at the time of purchase at one of our participating locations.
