I applied for snap benefits. I was definitely eligible. I jumped through all the hoops, and 15 days in I got denied. Which is not supposed to happen! They reinstated my case to give me the full month they were supposed to. After the rest of the month went by, they denied me again! Stating I never sent in the required information for my husband's job and previous employment. I did! I actually sent it several different times forms of verification. Talked to some other people who had applied, and found they'd been denied for similar reasons. This office would rather just deny people than help them!

Never have to wait more than a few minutes in the office. Phone service is terrible. You can never get through.

U have to listen to the recording and answer the question the recording asked you. Then you have to click the right button and then you will patched through to the office . Then you can talk to a live human and then you'll be able to get appointment set up for yourself.. There is also another way to file the applications online. All you have to do is go to NH Easy gateway service to apply and you'll get stuff in the mail and a phone call from one of there staff employees.
