TLDR: Mastria offers an honest price for their vehicles in an insane market, which is why I chose them. You won't be disappointed. I worked with Alex, and I was able to get an additional SEVEN year warranty/100k mileage - so worth it! I worked with Alex who was extremely patient, understanding and did everything within his role to make sure I was happy and understood all the pieces of the purchase process, not an easy feat! I am a first time Subaru owner, and first time buying a brand new car too, which meant ordering and waiting for my specific car to come in. Alex at Mastria really made the car buying process a breeze and ensured I got all of the things that I wanted with the car. I highly recommend working with Alex over at Mastria! PS I happened to pick it up while it was snowing -- it obviously handled great, thanks to the standard AWD :)

My husband and I recently purchased a 2018 Forester, our first Subaru. Our salesman, Bruce was great! We felt very comfortable and relaxed in his presence, never pressured in any way. After expressing concern about the front of the seat feeling like it was pressing into the back of my thighs, he did some research and discovered how to adjust the front of the seat to alleviate that problem. When we went to pick up our new purchase he took much time to show us all the features of our new car inside and out. He was very knowledgeable of all that Subaru cars have to offer. Bruce made this one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had! We would definitely recommend him to our friends and associates.

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester this week. Bruce was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Bruce and Mastria Subaru helped us out every step of the way and communication was excellent. When my wife picked up the car today Bruce took time to go over what every button did and gave her a breakdown of all the features. We really appreciate the time he spend explaining everything. We will definitely be going back to Mastria Subaru for our next car.

We disinfect all loaners/rentals after every use. If you are comfortable, we allow you test drive vehicles alone or with just people in your party. We have hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the dealership as well. High traffic areas are also disinfected multiple times a day

I purchased a forester and my experience was extremely wonderful. If you do go ask for Bruce he is very easy going and informative and patient. If you dont see the color you want they can get it for you. Remember inventory on the lots are low but they do get new arrivals weekly so definitely talk to the salesmen about the one you want . I give mastria 5 stars
The passenger can answer a phone call that goes through Android auto by tapping/selecting the green "answer" icon that pops up on the touch screen when a call comes in. You can only have one phone active via the car at a time so they will be answering the phone that is currently connected.
