So went in bought juice and a coil and upon paying noticed there was a extra $5.00 fee on the bill , asked clerk about it and was told that there’s a extra NC tax charge on nicotine items. Never anywhere else been charged that. Want be back.

It's a NC nicotine excise tax of .05 cents per ml. If you go to a shop that doesn't charge it chances are they aren't paying it and eventually the state of North Carolina will catch up with them. It is a real thing though, look it up.
