The owner is nice and helpful I purchased the wrong coil for my ecig he exchanged it and helped me find the coil I needed I will make more purchases here I am still purchasing my ecig juice and coils for my ecig here there hours are nice and the employees are super helpful check it out they also carry cigar's and lots of other items they have the salt juice ecigs and regular mod boxes lots of different flavors and brands to choose from they are open late 11 p.m. or later own the weekends especially which is nice if you need to get something for your e cig if they are busy sometimes they stay open later it's very convenient and I don't have to go all the way in town they are located in the Ingles shopping center own hwy 105 I used to get affordable and quality products from crazy smoke's but for the last few months I have had trouble I purchased three TFV16 replacement coils and only 1 out of three this last time worked it's getting adgervating I have had lots of coils that were the smok TFV16 replacement coils that I didn't even get to use they have been bad before the are used and I couldn't get any help at all actually they knocked 2 off my next purchase I've Vaped for six years or more never had this much trouble with smok TFV16 replacement coils I had a smoke mag and upgraded a couple years ago to the updated version of the smok mag it would be nice if they would offer to reach out to smok or me or there customers

Been here multiple times and every employee has trouble understanding what you ask for, I've asked for several popular brands of coils I have 13 different tanks and they don't have any of them , they always say "can I see" or what size is that, lol ,sub ohm coils don't have sizes. They are brand specific and they have no clue what brands they have or any clue on vape products in general, the only reason they are getting 2 stars ⭐⭐ is because they are friendly otherwise it would have been 1 star ⭐

Excellent customer service and professionalism, I was in today when a fellow customer was berating the gentleman behind the counter Zach, even though he was doing everything he could to help her, his attitude in dealing with the blatantly disrespectful customer showed his maturity and restraint that I do not have myself, I see she wrote a negative review on here and I wanted to do my part in shedding some light on the actual encounter that took place. I would 10/10 recommend this store to anyone who would like to support a friendly and local shop.

The second star is for the good service I’ve received in the past. Frequent customer. I returned a product the last time I went in because it had a one year warranty. I was told I could refund or swap out and chose to swap out upon the promise that I could bring it back again within the year warranty. I went in this morning and Zach was there. He told me he couldn’t do that but I could come back in an hour. I told him I couldn’t could he contact whoever needed to approve it. He called Mo who said it was too far out - the receipt is for October. I still have it with the one year warranty. He yelled ‘HIS WORDS NOT MINE!’ When I said I understood but was disappointed at the customer service then tried to serve another couple that came in behind me because he didn’t want to ‘deal with it’. Horrible customer service.
