We did enjoy our stay. The toilet would run by itself at odd times. There was also street noise, but all in all it was a pleasant stay for my husband and myself. Staff nice. Good continental breakfast for free. Coffee always available. Small indoor pool and a small but equiped fitness room.

Staff has always been wonderful. I stay here atleast once a month. Wish i could use input to switch to hdmi on the TV for roku or laptop for work but that's my real only gripe. Location is tricky because you have to turn right and then u turn at the light to get back over to main part of Boone. But sits on the hill with nice view. Rooms are average and clean but the business suites are really nice. The pool is heated which is a plus kinda small but does the job for the kids. Breakfast is good better than mostm Can't go wrong staying there.

Pretty average place. Their rooms are smelly and musty, the carpets in the rooms need some deep cleaning as they seem to be contributing to the smelly rooms. Breakfast was sparse - The oatmeal container was always empty and the hot water was out. I have stayed here a few times in the past couple of months - They seem to be understaffed frequently with the front desk person doubling up for multiple roles like managing the breakfast area/cleaning the common areas etc. They overcharged me for one of my stays and I luckily caught it while reviewing my credit card statements and contacted the property manager for a refund. The property manager was a nice gentleman who accepted the mistake and issued me a refund - still you expect better diligence...I should not have been overcharged in the first place Their ratres are decent but I don't think I will be coming back here for any more stays

Nice room. Excellent service. I did have a small problem where the hotline told me there was a fold out couch in my room but there wasn’t one in our room. Luckily they brought us a foldable bed. They did fix it but it would have been nice to have what i ordered. Our room was very clean, everything got restocked as request.
