Finally! A Fairfield they update and did a stellar job. From the moment you walk in.. it is awesome how modern and clean and nice it is. Most Fairfields across the nation need This Kind of update. I am a lifetime titanium member and have traveled to every state... this is the BEST ONE YET! THANKS MARRIOTT.WELL DONE

Older hotel. Changed rooms as the first one had a dirty bathroom floor. Big fan of Marriott but this hotel is just okay. Other Marriott options in Boone are much better but more expensive too. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Sweetest girl with pink hair working the front desk! Made my stay so enjoyable with her happy demeanor. Will definitely stay here next time I’m back in town!

This hotel is very accommodating! The staff here are so friendly. I think they are a bit short staffed but so is the rest of the country so that's not their fault. The ladies at the front desk really try their best to make sure every guest is accomodated. The fridge in my room was broken and the young lady at the front desk (I forgot to get her name) personally came to replace it. Later, during my visit, I realized the heater in my room was out as well and the room had began to get cold. I spoke to Whitney at the front desk who made sure my son and I were both accomodated and comfortable for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself and the lack of staff deserve a 4-star, but the fact that the staff that they do have go above and beyond for their guests and are really caring individuals. THEY deserve the 5 stars and more.
