The food was good. However we went in at 9:00pm to eat and they close at 10:00. The manager on duty kept yelling out closing time in 10 minute increments. When we ordered they made it clear that we only had 55 minutes to eat. We didn’t need that much time anyway. We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. We were done and left at 9:45. They locked the door behind us along with another family that came in to order at 9:35. We like KFC but the customer service at this location needs work.

Went thru here about a month ago and was going to order food for myself and girlfriend, but we didn’t know what we wanted when we got to the comm. We asked for a minute to look over the menu. The girl at the drive thru then responded 30 seconds later asking what we wanted. We still didn’t know as we hadn’t been to KFC in over a year. We asked for another moment, then she comes on again not even 30 seconds later saying very rudely “alright it’s been over a minute, what do you want?” I wanted to drive off right then, and there was NO LINE so there was no reason to rush us like that. I ended up getting food somewhere else since I’m not going to support a place that makes me feel like an inconvenience, but my girlfriend really wanted some dry and tasteless chicken. The rude girl at the window didn’t greet us, simply walked away to let who I assume was a manager deal with us since I was obviously frustrated. Will never go there again.

Great food and very outgoing staff, I've had a few issues in the past regarding the chicken, but it's pretty good. Fairly pricey, modern designed restaurant, and mostly what you'd expect from a KFC.

I came here today (12/17) at 12:20PM and ordered the 5 piece box with 2 sides. Everything I received looked like and tasted like it had been out for 30 minutes. Mac and Cheese was half cold, and you could tell from the appearance. Fries seemed to have been cooked an hour ago and then kept warm. I spent over $10 and wasted about half of the food because it was old.
