can anyone how their 1st come 1st serves work ? don't have a credit or debit card to reserve so I wanted to know my chance on going the morning of our family camping trip to get a site . is it worth the risk

It is a risky move especially during holiday weekends. People book way ahead. Maybe try to get a pre paid credit/debit card and do it that way so you have a sure thing when you go. It is a great campsite! We go every year and always have a great time. Go with the pre paid card or call the day before. Good luck!

I would call the day before - I think it is very competitive especially on weekends. Most people book far in advance so showing up sounds to be risky to me.
