The rent for a 2 bedroom which includes our package of services is $1700 for 1 person or $1900 for 2 people. The package included: 1 meal per person per day, water, sewer, digital cable, twice a week garbage pick up from each apartment, twice a month light housekeeping, pest control, lots of monthly activities, and bud transportation to doctors, scheduled shopping trips and special trips. Electric, telephone & internet are NOT included.
