Hold mail submitted, mail found in box when we returned, bulk of mail was not delivered on specified date and we had to pick it up. Today 7.10 recieved pkg. Instead of putting it on the covered front porch it was left outside...hey it was raining is the issue.

Always, always late.. the old , not older but old female driver has such an attitude. My dashboard on a few occasions has told me my mail was to be delivered on a specific day and was not... I also have has issues from mail not being picked up from my box. It must be nice riding around with federal mail of other other peoples

Im not happy with the Postal Service in general (which is why I gave 4 stars), however, I have nothing but good things to say about Marie who works at this location. She is empathetic, caring, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Out of a nightmare of an experience I had with postal service in general, Marie was a ray of light and hope in the place that made me feel more at ease. She is a gem!

On December 26th, 2021 my wife and I sent a package of food to the Philippines in an effort to provide necessary relief to our Christian family. As you know these kind people were ravaged by typhoon Rai back in December. Our United States Postal service was paid $184.30 to deliver said relief package within 3 to 5 days. The package still has not been delivered as of this writing (02/28/2022) and our United States Postal service refuses to refund the shipping cost. Our tracking number is provided below. EH024685132US
