Why is it that we've been sitting here for 45 minutes and no one has served us or even taken our order???

I have eaten at several of them but never have had this problem before. Not sure what time you went but it is a popular place in some areas and you will have to wait. 45 minutes is a bit long though.

That doesn't surprise me I eat there all the time and a big majority of their waiters are not even waiters and do nothing and then expect an 18% tip

We were there 6 days ago and had the worse service we have ever had. We are regulars. It has been going down hill in service and food for the past year. Our food was cold by the time we got it. They made it right, but it shouldn't take 1 1/2 hours to get a burger and fries.

Happened to us last time we went. We left after 15 mins of no service and went to Applebee's where we received perfect quick service and the burger we wanted.

I eat there regularly and have always been very satisfied. Ask for T.A. next time she is very good.
