Tables dirty, floors dirty, cold food, sloppy only 1 employee working and sloppy looking. Forget a breakfast item we ordered. 2 items on the menu they didnt have. NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

Good was fresh and yummy. Service was fast, employees were friendly. Just they milkshake machine was being cleaned so no milkshake for grandson 🙄

After going to a different Krystal and getting pathetic service, I drove to this one. What a difference! I was the first order of the day and I ordered quite a bit of food. I received my food hot, received all my condiments and it was served with a smile and a great attitude! Brittney took care of us and she needs to go to the other stores in Knoxville and train them on what customer service is. She is a gem and should be recognized if her upper management is competent. Because of Brittney, I'll be back. The other Krystal I went to first, I hope it closes soon.

Their a nasty place to work for they keep their food in heaters an they don't care if they soggy or cold they sold some ppl some very soggy food I worked there u seen it
