Ordered from the kiosk and some items were unavailable. Had to replace some items and then was never given them. They didn’t have the two wraps ($8) so I switched for two chicken sandwiches (5). Was not refunded the extra money and still didn’t receive the chicken sandwiches that were to replace the wraps I already paid for. This is very lazy. You pay people to work so put them to work. Grubhub said it’s not their responsibility so i lost $16. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. ALWASY MISSING FOOD.

Waited over an hour for my food, the people behind the counter were very rude even while i was treating them with the upmost respect, one person even had the nerve to make a awful comment about my shorts, it was the first place where I didn’t hear them say my pleasure, manager was sneaking free food to people he knew, and to top it all of they gave me the wrong order. Don’t recommend

The only Chick-fil-A that doesn’t feel like a Chick-fil-A. No cash accepted, meal swipe doesn’t exist, meal equivalency time frame is wrong, my order has been wrong multiple times, and the employees are typically not pleasant and don’t have the typical Chick-fil-A manners.

Chick-fil-A is always a pleasant experience no matter which location you go to. They're always well staffed and curious. Even when there's a line around the building and a line inside you don't have to worry about eating there as it will move fast and efficiently. The food is always great as well.
