I stay for1 night they charge me double ,so I thought was mistake from the front desk when I called too ask they said was a Blanket or Cover missing they charge me $75 extra however when I left the room everything was their Bad management and thief’

Why I take pictures when I first arrive and when I leave any room at check-in & check-out.

The blanket was stolen from the room. If there is blanket in room then how come when housekeeper clean that room, they didn't find it. and if the blanket wasn't there from beginning then how come you didn't report to the front desk immediately. You should have contact the front desk immediately, So that way it will avoid to having future charges at any hotel you going through. So accept my humble request and return the blanket or ship it back and we can refund the money back. Thanks you for your co-operation's.

I never had that plm u might ask them to ask the people who clean it was there one there on bed but if they say no they might do a blanket count i would for sure

The customer service is unprofessional. I told the lady I was not giving the ice back because I got more then a cup to call police of she wanted it back I wasted $60 for bio hazard blood invested filthy room with mold, spider and roaches i expect refund or i will pursue damages due to blood body fluids exposure during pandemic.
