Location is amazing and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I met AJ and Chris, both went above and beyond. I arrived early for an event we were having that required we blocked off parking along two streets. AJ had everything setup before I even arrived even though I was many hours early. When our group arrived, spread out over couple hours, he was out there for every person making sure they had a parking permit and knew exactly where to go, making my life so easy. The staff seem to have a great relationship with all the locals and everyone I met around the area were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were great, very clean, cool binders and books showing the history and fun things to do in the area. This is definitely the spot to stay in Knoxville!

We got there pretty late and the guy at the front desk was absolutely amazing and kind. I think his name was Simon, he was younger dark features. He absolutely made our stay at this place! Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and he alone would be enough of a reason to give them our business again. Room was super cute, bed was very comfortable I even took a picture of the throw blanket tag on our bed and ordered one after we left! Loved the style, vibe and the absolutely amazing employee we had the pleasure of dealing with.

Amazing vintage hotel with all the niceties on a modern hotel. Anyone needing an internet connection is outstanding 150mbs, all the staff were so amazing and I recommend the bar.

Overall this a unique facility. While the staff is good, the hotel is extremely understaffed. When I arrived same person checked me in, valeted my car, answered phones, took rooms service orders, and delivered room service. I called in advance to confirm all staff would be masked before booking this hotel. I was told that all staff is masked and it is extremely encouraged for guests. The valet who got my car in the morning was not and I had to get in the car after him with my baby. Additionally no other guests were masked in public spaces during my stay. Overall it was nice to finally check out this historic boutique property since I pass through Knoxville frequently. However, I would not stay here again because the quality of service does not match the price.
