Washington Security Products has been doing business with Sea-Lect for over 30 years. They have built many of our molds and their tool room is top notch for maintenance and modifications to our tools. Every order placed is done on time and I have great communication with every person involved starting from the time the order is placed to the shipping department. I believe Sea-Lect strives to improve their business and year after year they continue to go above and beyond.

Questions & Answers

What do you need from me to accurately quote a project?

Thank you for the great question. For most project quotes we require: 1. Project budget. 2. CAD or 3D technical drawing. 3. Estimated annual usage to determine mold grade and cavitation. It is also helpful that you perform due diligence on the concept and allocate budget for tool development and production. Please feel free to call anytime to discuss the details of your project.

We have 16 injection molding machines ranging from 33 ton to 600 ton. All but one are made by Cincinnati Milacron. Most of the machines are the new energy efficient hybrid models and equipped with pickers.

Yes, we do. Our mold makers and mold maker apprentices can handle anything from mold maintenance, and mold modification to new mold construction. On the design side we are using solidworks and camworks. Feel free to put us to the test.
