A special thanks to Kaitlyn our project manager who went above and beyond. We hope to never need this kind off service again but if we do Alpine will be the ones we call. We encountered a flood in our basement which has bedrooms and bathroom. The guys at Alpine are friendly, informative, quick and efficient. Kraven was easy to talk to and explained every step and what I could expect. Hector updated me during all stages, even notified me of lunch and breaks. (Totally unexpected but appreciated) All the employees from dispatch to inspector, to guys out in the field, have been absolutely wonderful. In a time of stress and exhaustion this Company has been a major blessing. Thank you so much.❤

I own an insurance agency in S. Everett and we often get calls from clients who have experienced water loss due to broken pipes, malfunctioning appliances or windstorm damage to their roofs. I always recommend that these clients check with Alpine Cleaning & Restoration when they are deciding on their "next steps" for water clean up and repair because I know that Alpine is locally owned and that their employees treat each of our clients like family. They are fair, honest, and dependable. They are my first call if we run into any problems at our home or business locations.

I left a review for this business on yelp but my review ended up like all of the other negative reviews - buried in a hidden reviews 'not recommended' folder. I know that business owners can pay yelp to have poor ratings removed. Hopefully, google reviews is more honest than yelp as reviews from customers are one of the few ways for the public to stay informed. This business gave me a quote for a repair that included some electrical work. I checked their business license to make sure they were insured and found out they aren't supposed to be doing any electrical work or repair. The business was JUST fined a few months ago for this exact issue. Google 'washington state business license' and do a search for 'alpine cleaning & restoration' and you can see their track record as far as previous infractions. Alpine cleaning & restoration contacted me after i did my research and I inquired about this discrepancy. I was quickly hung up on and was not called back. Too bad I can't give them a negative star rating. F-
