🤩Wow! I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. I went for my birthday with my friends and the staff was really nice. They gave me a gift and were really thoughtful. The roof top was done very nicely and I was very pleased wirh the beds. The mattresses on the pull out couches could stand to be a little thicker, but since we rented two rooms we just took the mattress from the pull out couch we weren’t using in the other room and put it on top of the one that was already on the bed. It all worked out great and was really convenient and safe

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt valet service, and the best part is their breakfast. Extremely high quality breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the couch is comfortable enough to sleep on (didn’t even bother pulling out the sleeper sofa). The location is convenient to access campus, market square, and historic old town. If you didn’t want to pay valet, it’s close to state street garage.

Very nice old & restored (100 years) hotel in downtown Knox with easy walking distance to many restaurants, stores, bars & Market Square. On the 10th Floor they have a rooftop bar that has beautiful views around the county. It’s a little pricey but a high-class atmosphere with music. They have a terrace out front of the lobby where you can sit, have a drink or bite to eat and “people watch” on Gay street which is quite busy and a lot going on during the weekend. We met a lot of people this way. Rooms were accommodating, clean & roomy but there was not enough soap or shampoo for 3 nights without daily cleaning service. For $200 @ night, you shouldn’t have to ask for these essentials. The morning breakfast was as expected with good hot breakfast, a good variety of items but no decaf coffee. Nothing special but satisfactory overall and well-staffed. My only complaint here is that there was a special “Italian festival” on Saturday in which all the nearby streets were closed. It was a major inconvenience getting picked-up or dropped off especially at 11pm at night. They should have provided a flyer notice upon check in to let the guests know all the closure times so we could plan ahead. I was very pleased upon checkout where the front desk was kind enough to call for a taxi to pick us up to go to the airport. The taxi service was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. The front desk people were very friendly & helpful. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks.

Positive: The rooms are spacious and clean and great for families, with an option of two queens and pull out sofa. Perfect location to walk around the Market Square area and Old City, as well as to UTK campus. The Five Thirty Lounge on the roof is amazing. Negative: Front desk staff can be somewhat unaccommodating when they know you've booked via a third party.

$20 per day is the valet charge, but that offers 24/7 access to you car. They also assist with the loading and unloading of your luggage. The parking garage located behind the hotel is free on the weekend and free after 6pm until 6 am, but if you try to exit after then you will be charged $7
Yes....Wednesday through Saturday. From about 3pm to 1am
I don't think so, but they do section parties off so it may be possible.
The original building was the Farragut hotel named after Knoxville-area native David Glasgow Farragut, Union Admiral in the Civil War.
No the garage is to low for clearance. Either pay or for vallet which is on the street or maybe that time of night you could get your own street parking.
Normal check in time is after 4pm according to the their web page.
No idea, sorry. I'd call the hotel & ask them. Thx,
I do
