I feel like because they are slow on a regular basis they put nothing into the quality of their food. I also feel like the managers arent training their employees correctly. They cant do the job right if they never learned the right way in the first place.
Kids don't want to work. We are dealing with millennials. Who lack the skills needed for good customer service..
I literally on the off chance I actually do go by. It's pretty sad that I've already got a mindset of roulette. "Wonder what I'll order today....wonder what they'll give me instead. " Today's experience, 5-layer burrito ordered......some sort of burrito with lettuce, tomato and sour cream, received...more like soft shell taco lol
